Wonderful Make: How To Make Sweet And Diwali Sweet | English |

Origin is a traditional South Indian sweet sweets made on Diwali day.

It is made using rice flour and jaggery.                    This dessert can also be made with a sugar suker, but I used jaggery to avoid using as much sugar as possible in my recipes.
Making this dessert can be intimidating to many, but it is actually quite easy to prepare if you follow the tips and steps given.

I'm going to make this very easy for all of you with my step-wise images.

Things to do:

      1.Parachari (rice) - 1 kg

       2. Cardamom - 5 (Remove the pods)

       3.Vellam - 2 (or) 4 kg

       4. Oil - deep fry

Autism recipe:

First, let's see how to make rice flour for radiation. (I make it very clear that you cannot use rice flour purchased in the shop to make this)
Wash the rice for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, drain the water completely and spread it on a cloth or paper so that it absorbs excess water.

After 10 minutes, combine the cardamom with the rice.

(Not too coarse between the two). (Alternatively, you can add cardamom powder in jaggery syrup).

Sieve it and place it in a wide pan. You cannot store this rice flour, or use it immediately to make a miracle.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       If you have a flour mill near your place, you can get dough for it, which is very easy. I ground it in a flour mill.

                                                               Tap Jaggery,

Add enough water to soak the jaggery.

Bring it to a boil, when the jaggery is dissolved, drain it to remove any impurities.

Process
Boil the jaggery with water until the soft ball, also called Urdu in Tamil, is firm. Take a small cup of water,                                                                                                                          Pour a tablespoon of Jaggery (Molasses) syrup into it, and if you can gather it and make a smooth ball, it is the perfect consistency.

Turn off the flame.

This is the most important step in creating wonders.
After

Make the rice flour immediately, add the necessary hot jaggery syrup (lightly), cover it with a lid and let it rest.

After 3 to 5 hours, take it out and mix it with your hands.

Cover with a tight lid on the back. Let rest for 1-2 days.

After

(This dough can be kept at room temperature for 2 days. You don't need to refrigerate the dough).

After

I left it for only 1 day.

After 1 day

Take out the dough and knead again. Divide the balls evenly.

In the meantime, heat the pan in a pan.

Cover a plastic cover with a banana leaf or ghee and fold the ball with your hands.

 steps

Take the flat dough from the leaf into your hands and gently slip in the oil. Fry on both sides until it turns nice brown.

(Keep the heat to medium as the heat is high, it will instantly turn brown, or not cooked inside)
Remove from the oil. Adisam has a tendency to absorb a lot of oil.

To get rid of excess oil, press down between two pierced ladders.

Then place the remaining oil in a drain or on a piece of paper.

Repeat the remaining dough process. I hope everything is clear and easy for you.

 Ready!!

Tips for Correcting If You Mistake

If the dough is too sticky or too loose and you can't make the balls, add a little wheat flour to it to get the perfect consistency.

If the flour is too tight, add a little more jaggery or a little milk.

For best results, prepare or fry the rice flour 1 or 2 days after making the dough.

Another important thing is that you should not mix the rice flour with the jaggery syrup, or add the jaggery syrup to the rice flour and mix well with a ladle.
