Oats Masala Dosa :

South India is one of the South Indian traditional cuisine. It adds calorie calories to your body and makes you very hungry and relatively light.
It is a healthy choice because it contains very little saturated fat. These
High cholesterol reduces the risk of heart disease. It's a good thing.

1. Then take 1/2 cup of oatmeal and mix in the mixer.

2. In a pan add 1/3 cup of oatmeal and rava, 1/4 cup of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 green chillies, 1 ginger finely chopped cumin, 1 tbsp, 1 teaspoon of cilantro, 2 cups of water. (wait for 13 mins) Wait 13 minutes.

3. Then add the oil in a pan. Cook for 10 sec.

4.Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Break up large chunks. Mix turmeric powder with salt and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well. Cook well for 2 or 3 minutes.

5.Add 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves
The spice is ready!


6. Then mix in a Dosai Dawa Dosa Daiva, take the oatmeal syrup and pour in the Dosai Dawa and wait until the dosa is golden. Then add the ghee.
Serve!

Things to do:
- 1.1/2 cup of oats
- Salt 1 tbsp
- 1/4 cup of rice flour
- 1 ginger finely chopped
- 4 Green chillies finely chopped
- Rava [ravi] 1/3 cup
- Jeera [cumin seeds] 1 tbsp
- 3 tablespoons of coriander leaves
- The onions were finely chopped
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds
- Boiled potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Ghee.
Process










The spice is ready!
